Red glass panels and a lit catwalk tempt you into Wasabisabi, where the décor is plush and the food is testament to its seven year stay in Times Square. For the month of February, chef Tatsuya Iwahashi prepares a four-course winter sake dinner. We loved the Rihaku rose sake paired with the giant botan prawns, and the home-made plum wine with the hot red bean pudding. Tasting menu for two: $1,596.
