The bar
For those craving a bit of true Southern hospitality, look no further. Classic country hits are on the stereo, while the walls are lined with old pistols and historical memorabilia, including black-and-white Native American portraits. Beers on tap include Stella, Hoegaarden, Erdinger and Guinness, while shots range from Limoncino (vodka, sugar, fresh lemon juice and Limoncino) and schnapps shooters ($30), to refreshing margaritas ($55) – all brought out to you by staff sporting cowboy hats.
The restaurant
Dude ranch this is not. Texan-styled smoked ribs, bbq chicken, and fatty side dishes keep the locals happily fed. The outdoor seating will be very popular in the summer months, so ask for them when booking to insure you get seated where you want. Meal for one without wine and service: around $350
